(May 4, 2018) – HRI Lodging, LLC is excited to announce the appointment of Dennis Park as the new Director of Sales & Marketing of Holston House, a new 191-room premier boutique property in the heart of downtown Nashville. Located in an iconic 88-year-old Art Deco building just blocks from the Cumberland River, where the city of Nashville was born and next to many of Music City’s signature attractions, Holston House has an ideal location for modern travelers to discover Nashville’s vibrant streets and neighborhoods.
As Director of Sales and Marketing at Holston House, Dennis Park will showcase his over 30 years of impressive experience in the hospitality industry, including sales and marketing, food and beverage, and operations and convention services. In his new role, Park will oversee all marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue and keep Holston House top of mind for visitors and locals alike.
Prior to Holston House, Park was General Manager at the FOUND:RE Hotel in Downtown Phoenix, where he oversaw room and revenue management. His other previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at The Saguaro Scottsdale, and Director of National Accounts with Visit Phoenix, where he booked conventions for the sixth largest state in America. Park also served various director roles within the luxury market at The Phoenician Resort, Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa, and Sheraton Grand Phoenix, and served on the executive teams which opened Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia and Bellagio Las Vegas.

Outside of the hospitality industry, Park serves the community as a K9 Rescue activist and has sat on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Walk MS, an annual fundraising event.
