The signing will add 92-keys to Chennai’s City-Centre following conversion in 2025

Set to open in Q1 of 2025, the 92-keys conversion hotel reaffirms IHG’s commitment to growing presence in prime destinations across the country.
Centrally located in Chennai, Egmore is an upcoming industrial area with convenient proximity to government offices, high-end residential complexes, railway station and landmark buildings. Once opened, Holiday Inn Chennai Egmore will capitalize on the footfall of business and leisure travellers seeking a world class hospitality experience in the capital city. Chennai, a culturally-rich city and known to be the gateway to South India, ranks among the most sought-after Indian destinations for tourists from around the world. It is also a thriving hub for key industries such as automobiles, technology, and healthcare.
True to the Holiday Inn brand, Holiday Inn Chennai Egmore will feature modern and well-appointed guest rooms, a health club, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and an inviting lobby lounge, catering to a wide range of guest preferences. The hotel will also feature banqueting spaces, including a grand ballroom and versatile breakaway rooms, ideal for both large and intimate social gatherings.
