DYER, INDIANA, DALLAS, TEXAS July 20, 2017 – IIG, a premier hospitality design studio, has hired Betsy Kersting, of Dallas, as the firm’s Vice President of Design + Business Development. Betsy joins IIG as the former Director of Design for Fourth Dimension Designs, a highly sought-after Texas design company. Kersting’s professional portfolio is both vast and impressive. Her twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality business has earned her multiple awards and an established list of trusted relationships industry-wide. Some of Betsy’s notable projects include the Embassy Suites in Miami, Dallas, and Mandalay Beach; as well as Southern California destination locales such as Wyndham on the Bay San Diego and Wyndham at the Pier Santa Monica.
As IIG continues to expand their portfolio of work and clientele, Betsy’s relationships in the southwest region, will provide a significant impact to the boutique firm’s growing presence nation-wide. Currently IIG has studios in Indiana, Florida, and Texas.
Betsy brings impressive executive credentials to IIG, such as full-service brand design and project management for a well-known Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), as well as over two decades in the business. Ms. Kersting will be overseeing IIG’s large-scale hospitality projects as well as building business for the company, headquartered in Indiana. She will be based in Dallas, but traveling frequently to collaborate with IIG’s diverse project locations and their studio leadership teams.
