MOAB, UTAH – February 25, 2022 – Radcliffe Moab, an independent boutique hotel developed by Radcliffe Ventures and managed by In-Group Hospitality, is now open with a grand opening event planned in May, 2022.
Radcliffe Moab is the first basecamp hotel of its kind located in the heart of downtown Moab and minutes away from Arches National Park. The 38-room hotel is designed and detailed to accommodate outdoor adventure travelers visiting Arches, Canyonlands National Park, and other area attractions.

The Radcliffe lobby features a rich, biophilic design giving guests an immediate connectivity to nature with lush green plants and trees balanced with natural woods, earthy tones and comfortable seating, providing a perfect spot to start and end the day. The artwork featured throughout the hotel was commissioned by three local artists, each piece a unique work capturing Moab’s stunning vistas and terrain.
Signature rooms provide a sleek, stylish design. Radcliffe’s King Suites, King and Queen rooms each feature a Steadyrack wall giving guests a place to hang bikes and gear. Comforting, luxury amenities include Purple mattresses and Cariloha bamboo towels.
A property highlight is the Radcliffe outdoor lounge with two large hot tubs, a sparkling 20×48 foot swimming pool and splash deck, two fire pit features with cozy seating all set among the peaceful ambiance of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. Offerings will also include live music, s’more packages, grill packages, cocktail bar, and more.
Hikers, bikers, and outdoor enthusiasts also have access to the first-rate, onsite adventure planning concierge with the Radcliffe’s knowledgeable hotel staff and GearHeads, the ultimate outdoor family-owned gear shop, located in the hotel lobby.
The Radcliffe is also a destination for those looking for a great dining experience in the area. The hotel’s Il Posto Rosso, helmed by award-winning Utah chef Shon Foster, features Mediterranean cuisine using only local and seasonal ingredients sourced from a variety of local farms, gardens and ranches.
Hotel guests can start a day-long excursion into the parks with a specialty crafted Pack Out lunch, curated by Il Rosso Posto. Ordered the night before, a wonderful selection of food items and beverages are packed in a refrigerator bag to accommodate a full day of hiking and adventure-seeking.
