The firm’s founder and president, Gregg Hopkins, is a successful hospitality technology executive with over 30 years of varied experience in business development, marketing and sales. Hopkins was a co-founder of Libra OnDemand, a hospitality-specific customer relationship management (“CRM”) solution, and served as its President and CEO until its acquisition by Newmarket in November 2011. Most recently serving as the Vice President of Marketing for Newmarket, an Amadeus company, Hopkins has worked with various enterprise property management, sales and catering, CRM, central reservation system providers, online travel agencies, and destination vacation portal solutions. He has also provided consulting services to organizations on hospitality technology, cloud-based technology, e-commerce, social media, CRM, marketing, sales strategy, and business development.
