Jonas Chorum is excited to announce that we have hired Adam Wilson as General Manager to oversee our business operations and enhance our customer-centric focus to software development.
Adam brings extensive experience heading customer-oriented companies and teams. He previously served in several roles leading Customer Success at enterprise technology companies across a variety of industries. In these previous roles, he developed a proven track record of ensuring that customer experience led to growth across the business.
“I have spent many years overseeing teams that maximize customer engagement and desired business outcomes,” says Adam Wilson. “I’m excited to bring that experience to the Jonas Chorum team, where it’s clear that customer feedback and engagement drives the technology roadmap and broader company goals.”
Jonas Chorum’s current President, Jake Lewis has recently been promoted to President, Property Systems across Jonas Hospitality. He will continue overseeing Jonas Chorum’s growth and larger vision, as Adam leads the team’s day-to-day goals of furthering customer engagement, success, and growth.
