Jonas Hospitality welcomes Robyn Fieghen to the Property Systems team as Strategic Accounts Director. Robyn will work closely with the Property Systems brands, including Jonas Chorum, SpaSoft, Springer-Miller Systems, and Jonas Unify. In her new role, Robyn will oversee customers’ relationships, strategies, and needs. Having a leader dedicated to furthering our customers’ success and ensuring their needs are met will enhance customer experience and allow us to innovate further to solve industry challenges.
Robyn has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. She has been working directly with hotels and spas since 2008 when she joined SpaSoft as a trainer. Since then, she has served many roles for SpaSoft, including business analyst, application consultant, and product manager during the introduction of SpaSoft Next Gen. She has gained the skills to offer product and business expertise on key development projects and advocate for solutions to meet evolving business challenges.
