Tasende, who has worked for the Marriott brand for nearly 15 years, brings a wealth of experience in delivering outstanding customer service and unprecedented revenue increases.
Throughout his successful career, Tasende has excelled in operational management, increasing profit margins and overall satisfaction rates at each of his previous resorts. Through his superior leadership skills and record-breaking results, he has been recognized with a number of industry awards including the General Manager Financial Excellence Award (CALA Region 2013), the Hotel of the Year Award (CALA Region 2014) and the Mustang Award for Innovation (CALA Region 2014).
