Former Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe team member and recently-promoted food and beverage expert brings exceptional service standards and leadership to resort

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (February 18, 2015) – Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin O’Brien as the resort’s new director of food and beverage. A seasoned professional with eight years of experience with the Hyatt brand, O’Brien brings a strong knowledge of restaurant management and passion for the hospitality industry to the resort. O’Brien most recently served as director of food and beverage at Andaz San Diego.

O’Brien began his career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in 2007 as a manager at Hyatt Regency Chicago’s BIG Bar. In his four years at the property, O’Brien also served as manager at the resort’s Bistro and Bar @ 151, and was promoted to Food and Beverage Manager shortly thereafter. In January 2011, O’Brien joined the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe team, where he was appointed Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, and led the renovation and re-opening of the resort’s renowned lakefront fine dining restaurant, Lone Eagle Grille.
