(Jan. 27, 2016) SAVANNAH, GA – LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, assumed management of the Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District on Jan. 1. The hotel management and development company is proud to add this Key International property to its rapidly expanding portfolio.
The Holiday Inn’s addition marks the second property under management with Miami, Fla.-based ownership group Key International.

The 127-room hotel was renovated in June 2015 and re-flagged as a Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is located at 520 West Bryan St., just two blocks away from the city’s famed River Street. Additional attractions, including Ships Of The Sea Maritime Museum and City Market, an 18thcentury open-air marketplace, are located within walking distance.
Contemporary suites and guest rooms include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, coffeemakers, mini-fridge and desk. The hotel’s amenities include an outdoor pool, ballroom, meeting space accommodating up to160 people and full-service restaurant and bar. Other amenities include valet parking, concierge, in-house laundry and a fitness center.
Travel + Leisure listed Savannah at No. 3 on the list of World’s Best: Cities in the U.S. and Canada in July 2015, and Fodor’s Travel listed Savannah at No. 8 on the list of World’s Biggest St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations in February 2015.
