SAN FRANCISCO – March 11, 2022 – Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants announced today that Bryan Easter has been named Vice President of Development Planning, a role that sits at the intersection of the boutique hospitality company’s design, development and operations teams. He will be responsible for helping drive Kimpton’s growth by executing against the company’s global development plans.
“We are excited to have a seasoned veteran like Bryan join the Kimpton development team,” said Allison Reid, Chief Development Officer, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. “Bryan’s unique experience in architecture and project development will help bring the 35 properties in Kimpton’s global pipeline to life.”
Easter comes to Kimpton with over 20 years of experience, starting his hospitality design career with Gensler and having most recently served in a senior role at Powerstrip Studio where he delivered award-winning hotels and restaurants. His projects included several Kimpton properties like Kimpton Palomar Philadelphia, Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel in Miami, Florida, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman, Kimpton Rowan Hotel in Palm Springs, California and Kimpton Key West.

Easter received a five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and now resides with his wife and their three children in Sarasota, Florida.
