Shawn’s longstanding tenure with Kohler Co. spans 23 years, beginning in the Kitchen and Bath business. A Wisconsin native, Shawn’s career started in healthcare and her constant dedication to service has continued throughout. Committed to superb client relations, Shawn was recruited to Kohler Hospitality and most recently served as resident manager of The American Club and Inn on Woodlake. Here, she oversaw renovations on-time and on-budget, and ensured retention of the iconic American Club’s AAA Five Diamond rating as well as its Forbes Five-Star accolade. An engaging and passionate leader, Shawn is known as a coach and mentor, and leader in culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Shawn holds a master certificate in hospitality management from Cornell University.
