GAINESVILLE, FLA. (MARCH 8, 2017) — LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has named Brad McCreedy to the role of general manager and Sherri Ann Janson to the role of director of sales for Hampton Inn & Suites Gainesville-Downtown, a property owned by Key International.
Brad McCreedy brings 20 years of hospitality experience to the general manager role. McCreedy will manage day-to-day operations, oversee associate development and work to uphold LBA’s standard of providing exceptional guest service. His strong customer satisfaction skills will be an asset to the hotel’s success. McCreedy previously served as area general manager for three hotels in the Charlotte area.
Over the course of 28 years in the industry, new Director of Sales Sherri Ann Janson has become an expert in account management and acquisition, revenue-building and more. Janson will apply her excellent marketing and communications skills as head of the sales department. Her focus for the department will be on building new and beneficial relationships in the community. Before taking on this role, Janson served as director of sales for Home2 Suites Hilton in Gainesville.

Hampton Inn & Suites Gainesville-Downtown is undergoing a renovation that began in November 2016 under the supervision of LBA. The restorations are expected to be completed and unveiled to the public late March 2017.
