Legacy Green Bay, LLC is pleased to announce that Ms. Susan Engler, a Wisconsin native, has been appointed General Manager of the Legacy Hotel, a boutique luxury property located in Green Bay, WI, and scheduled to open September of 2023 in the Legends District, one block from Lambeau Field. This distinctive hotel features 100 suites, a farm-to-table Brasserie, Lobby Bar, Barista Café, Rooftop Bar & Terrace, Luxury Spa, Spectacular Atrium for social/group events, and much more.

Engler led the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center in Sheboygan, WI, for eight years serving as the resort’s General Manager since 2018 and Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2016. She entered the Green Bay community with 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working as Director of Sales in 2001 for the 2004 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits and as Sales Executive for Destination Kohler & Destination St. Andrews in 2011.  She has served on the Lakeland College Hospitality Advisory Board as well as the Sheboygan Visitors Board helping direct insights on the bright future of hospitality professionals, as well as how the hospitality industry has a positive financial impact on a destination business community.

Her professional achievements go beyond the hospitality industry as a Divisional Management Executive for 10 years at Kaytee Products, Inc., Chilton, WI, a brand leader in the manufacturing of bird and pet foods. Her qualifications include a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as ongoing professional development and leadership training current to the latest trends and best practices.
