Mereté Hotel Management announced the appointment of Liz Dahlager as Executive Vice President. Ms. Dahlager will continue to oversee sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. In her new role her responsibilities will be expanded to include hotel operations and human resources. Marissa Ruf was named Corporate Director of Sales for Mereté.

Liz provides strong strategic direction and a passion for providing exceptional hotel management services to our owners and partners.”
Liz joined Mereté in 2009 as the Market Director of Sales for 4 hotels in Eugene/Springfield area. Liz had immediate impact on the sales and marketing of Mereté hotels and worked closely with hotel brand partners to increase profitability and maximize business opportunities. Liz was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2016. In 2019 she took on additional responsibilities in hotel development when she was promoted to Vice President of Market Intelligence. Liz graduated with a BA from Northeastern University in Boston MA and holds certifications in hotel revenue management and hotel asset management.

Marissa Ruf will lead Mereté sales and marketing teams and report to Ms. Dahlager. Ms. Ruf has a long career with Mereté most recently as Regional Director of Sales for Mereté’s hotels in Medford Oregon and previously worked as a General Manager for Mereté. “Marissa is the perfect person to take on day to day leadership of Mereté sales and marketing staff and our revenue strategies. I have worked closely with Marissa the past five years and am excited for both of us to have the opportunity to grow with Mereté.” – Liz Dahlager
