Singapore – 24 February 2015 McLaren Technologies is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Margaillan to the position of non-executive Chairman, strategic advisor and business change mentor to the Board of Directors.
Paul is widely recognised as one of the leading CEOs of his era with a track record of international expertise in both business management and hospitality management systems / support services delivery.
Currently the founder and CEO of Space Management Services (SMS) which he will continue to operate in conjunction with his new role, Paul was previously CEO and co-founder of EasyRMS, the leading provider of SaaS Revenue and Yield Management solutions to the global hotel industry, responsible for growing their customer list to almost 1,300 hotel properties in 67 countries. Paul ended his 13 year term at EasyRMS in late 2012 with an all-cash sale to a private US technology giant.
Paul’s non-executive role with McLaren Technologies will include advising on the company structure and providing visionary and strategic mentorship to the Board of Directors.
