GLEN ALLEN, Va.–January 5, 2016–MCR Development LLC (“MCR”), the seventh largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, today announced it has completed a renovation of the 155-room Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook, a 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award recipient. The hotel, which is conveniently situated within the Innsbrook Office Park at the intersection of West Broad Street and Interstate 64 in the Glen Allen section of Richmond, Virginia, is minutes from a variety of business and leisure demand generators such as Capital One’s 316-acre West Creek campus and the Short Pump Town Center, the region’s premier restaurant and shopping destination.
The comprehensive renovation involved updating the hotel in Hilton Garden Inn’s ‘Project Grow’ design, which included outfitting each spacious guestroom with all new furniture and décor, and redesigning the lobby to create a more open and comfortable gathering space for guests to relax and unwind. The ‘Project Grow’ renovation also entailed modernizing 4,000 square feet of meeting space to make the hotel a more appealing destination for business meetings and conferences, and upgrading the fitness center with all new exercise and work-out equipment to further transform the guest staying experience.
