Stephanie’s extensive industry experience, coupled with her remarkable track record of success, makes her the ideal candidate to lead and elevate the Mollie’s experience in Oxfordshire.
With over 10 years’ experience in hospitality, Freeman’s career highlights include positions at renowned establishments such as Elite Hotels, IHG and Hilton, before joining the Mollie’s Bristol team in 2021.
Starting as Floor Manager, Freeman swiftly ascended to Diner Manager at Mollie’s Bristol, propelling the establishment to 1st place on TripAdvisor, by adeptly leading and nurturing a high-performing team. Freeman’s robust and instinctive leadership style is renowned for fostering the growth of team members, resulting in numerous internal promotions, heightened retention rates, and overall site success.
Freeman’s career journey reflects unwavering dedication, innovative thinking, and a profound passion for hospitality, evident in her outstanding achievements. Freeman is passionate about replicating past triumphs, to further steer Mollie’s Oxfordshire towards greater success.
Freeman’s recent accolade as the Inspirational Leader of the Year at the 2023 HR in Hospitality awards highlights her embodiment of exceptional leadership qualities, as acknowledged by the judges.
