In her role, Christine is responsible for the day-to-day execution and implementation of hotel and spa marketing and advertising initiatives for the brand's growing portfolio. Christine will also continue to drive the overall brand awareness, company sales and profitability goals through traditional marketing channels as well as new and emerging digital technologies.

Christine is based in San Rafael, California at Mosaic Hotel Group's headquarters. Owned by Palisades Hospitality Group, Mosaic Hotel Group's current portfolio includes Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs, North Block Hotel in Yountville, El Dorado Hotel in Sonoma and Hotel Rodavento in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, with new hotels in development.

"We are delighted to welcome Christine to Mosaic Hotel Group's corporate leadership team," said Tim Harmon, Chief Executive Officer of Palisades Hospitality Group. "She is highly experienced and brings a unique and diverse set of skills from a global hospitality company to her new role at Mosaic Hotel Group."

Christine joins Mosaic Hotel Group from W Bali, the flagship property of W Hotels-Asia Pacific. During her two years as marketing director she led all brand and digital marketing efforts for the 229-room luxury hotel, while acting as key liaison to the global team, implementing brand amplifying initiatives and guest experience programs. In addition to guiding creative direction for traditional and non-traditional assets, several noteworthy successes during her time in Bali include the launch of W Hotels' first-ever global music studio, #WSoundSuite, which proved a game-changer for how the hotel group infiltrates the music industry, and she directed a short film starring fitness influencer Tara Stiles promoting Bali as a global destination, reaching an audience of over 100,000.

Previously, Christine spent eight years in various positions with Starwood Hotels Worldwide based in New York City. Her most recent roles include marketing specialist and marketing manager where she produced tone-setting press, content and revenue-generating brand activations for W Hotels of New York City, a key business market for the brand. Among her notable accomplishments were sourcing and hiring W's first music curator, which revitalized bar traffic and increased food and beverage revenue year-over-year by 25 percent; introducing the inaugural partnership with Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival, resulting in a $40,000 increase in room revenue; and dreaming up the unique experiential 'Surf & Stay' room package to drive weekend leisure business, resulting in magazine coverage positioning W as an innovator in the local market.

Christine has a keen eye for all things design and is an avid traveler who enjoys experiencing new cultures "like a local" whenever she gets the chance.
