NAPLES, Fla. (March 12, 2024) – Noble House Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Greenwood to Area Managing Director of LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Inn on Fifth. In his new role, Greenwood will be responsible for overseeing all resort operations and profitability, training and development of hotel leadership teams, and reinforcing providing day-to-day support for hospitality needs at both Naples-based boutique luxury properties.

Prior to joining the Noble House Hotels & Resorts family, Greenwood served as the VP of Operations for Highgate hotels, where he successfully led the resort to a year of award-winning record-breaking numbers in the 2022-2023 year. Greenwood was with Crescent Hotels and Resorts from 2019-2022, where he spearheaded crisis strategy during the 2020 global pandemic and played a crucial role in the innovative revenue streams and guest engagement during that time.
