(October 3, 2023) – Today, Oliver Hospitality’s DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview, the soon-to-be 4-acre mixed-use destination announces Jeffrey Pavone and Ginger Young as the team’s General Manager and Director of Sales, respectively. With decades of experience, the management team at Clarksville’s newest hotel is comprised of exceptional hospitality associates equipped with a distinctive blend of expertise, resources, and relationships focusing on delivering personalized hospitality experiences to both locals and visitors. These leaders will oversee the hotel, helping to enhance downtown Clarksville with Riverview Square’s 55,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space.
Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview, Pavone served as the general manager for the DoubleTree Nashville hotel near BNA Nashville Airport, where he effectively led the hotel sales team to ensure exponential pace and revenue within group, corporate and national markets. Prior to this, he served as the pre-opening general manager at the Cyrus Hotel. There, he proved his capability to open properties on time and within budget, as well as ensured all culture and brand standards are in place.

Young is a seasoned hospitality and sales professional, with a passion for creating an enjoyable guest experience and telling a destination’s unique story. Prior to DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview, Young served as the senior sales manager for ASM Global, where she successfully leveraged community and corporate connections to spearhead sales and provide maximum venue exposure.
