NEW YORK, NY – June 10, 2015 — Olshan Properties, one of the country’s leading private owners, developers and managers of commercial real estate, today announced the completion of its sweeping $10 million renovation of the Sheraton Suites Galleria hotel in Atlanta.
After acquiring the 278-key hotel in 2013, Olshan Properties quickly embarked on its ambitious renovation program last year. Key elements of the program included: upgrading all guest rooms, constructing a Sheraton Club lounge on the 17th floor of the hotel, upgrading of the indoor and outdoor pool and pool decks, and, carrying out a sizeable expansion of the on-site Sheraton Fitness Center®. Olshan Properties also redesigned and improved all food and beverage facilities on the ground-floor level, including the addition of a sleek new Link@ Sheraton Cafe featuring Starbucks .
The Sheraton Suites Galleria hotel is located less than half a mile away and will feature expansive views of both the new Atlanta Braves stadium and adjacent mixed-use development complex when each are completed.

In an effort to provide guests with the ultimate exercise experience while traveling, the Sheraton Fitness® programmed by Core Performance, partners with personal trainers, provides specialized in-room and restaurant dining options, and allows for online fitness programming.
Renovations to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool areas include updated surface tiling and gleaming new pool resurfacing complemented by attractive new designer pool furniture.
All guest rooms have been refreshed and are outfitted with Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds®. The hotel’s newly added Sheraton Club Lounge, a perk of Starwood Preferred Guests (SPG) membership, delivers a relaxing, upscale space and features complimentary breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options.
