Bringing diverse training and nearly 13 years of experience with a background in the luxury resort realm, Keener is charged with growing the resort’s business.

Joining One Ocean Resort & Spa from eight years with Omni Hotels and Resorts, Keener most recently managed efforts at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, Fla. as the associate director of sales, where he consistently drove sales results while developing new sales leaders and staff. Prior to Amelia Island, Keener was the national sales manager at Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Ga., receiving accolades as a four year President’s Circle Award Winner, Sales Team of the Year winner and two-year finalist for Sales Manager of the Year. Keener also previously held sales manager positions at Hyatt Regency Miami and Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
