Larry Tsoumas joins as Director of Sales and Marketing, Angela Lockyer as Director of Sales, and Eric Scianimanico as Executive Chef of SEARED by One&Only™ in collaboration with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, effective immediately.

Larry Tsoumas joins the One&Only team with over 25 years of diversified hospitality experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. He has worked with several of the world’s top luxury hotel brands including The Peninsula Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Resorts, and Sofitel Hotels and Resorts. His responsibilities as Director of Marketing and Sales for One&Only Palmilla will include developing creative and profitable marketing initiatives that inspire his team to generate exceptional results.

Angela Lockyer was most recently the Director of Leisure Sales for One&Only Resorts in Australia, overseeing the sales efforts for One&Only Hayman Island and Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley before becoming the Director of Sales for One&Only Palmilla. Based in Los Angeles, Lockyer will be responsible for the implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenue for One&Only Palmilla. Lockyer brings over 15 years of sales, marketing, and revenue management experience from the U.K., U.S., and Australia to her new role.

Chef Eric Scianimanico was promoted to Executive Chef at SEARED by One&Only™ in collaboration with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten after serving as Executive Sous Chef for six years at the acclaimed restaurant. With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Scianimanico has worked in the kitchens of Esperanza, an Auberge Resort and InterContinental Hotel Presidente Mexico City, where he was the Executive Sous Chef. Before moving to Mexico, he was Chef de Partie at Gorges de Pennafort Vars, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the South of France, and worked at a number of hotels in Paris. In his new role, Chef Scianimanico will oversee operations at SEARED, Suviche, and Breeze.
