Both to Reopen by June 2015
SPOKANE, Wash., April 20, 2015 — RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) announced today the company has signed franchise license agreements on hotels located in Sacramento and Spokane. Both properties are expected to convert by June.
“The RLHC team and brand has proven itself with the conversion of our property, the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Seattle/Renton,” said Pintu Bath, an owner of the Seattle/Renton property and the two just signed in Sacramento and Spokane. “We look forward to these upcoming conversions in Sacramento and Spokane.”
The future Red Lion Inn & Suites – Sacramento Midtown, 1319 30th Street, is located just north of I-305 and east of I-80. The owners are investing an all-new guest room furnishings, bedding and technology. Guests will enjoy complimentary breakfast, an outdoor pool, Wi-Fi, free parking, a fitness center and a business center.
The future Red Lion Inn & Suites Spokane, 4301 W Sunset Blvd, is situated on the north side of I-90 adjacent to John A. Finch Arboretum. Currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, when it reopens the hotel will offer complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, guest laundry, free parking, a fitness center and a business center.
