Oxford Capital Group: Inventive and Nimble
During the pandemic, Oxford played a pivotal role in supporting the city of San Francisco by leasing several of its properties to the city at a critical time, while simultaneously generating significant cash flow for its investors and lenders, during a challenging time for the hospitality industry. With the properties now fully back under Oxford’s management, a comprehensive business plan was executed, leading to the reopening and renovation of several key properties, including Hotel Julian, SoMa House, Hotel Fiona and Hotel Garrett.
Backed by a newly recapitalized venture, Oxford is finishing its renovation and rooms expansion strategy and managing the rolling reopening of additional, newly constructed guestrooms and food & beverage facilities as San Francisco embarks on what is expected to be a multiyear recovery. Its portfolio includes nine hotels in the SF Bay Area, including 5 that were acquired opportunistically during Covid, as well as over 50 properties throughout the United States and Canada.
