ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2017) – IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) and international hospitality developer Palm Holdings today announced the opening of the newly renovated 162-room Holiday Inn Express® and Suites, South Lake Buena Vista.
The hotel, located at 5001 Calypso Cay Way in Kissimmee, was formerly the independent Inn at Calypso Cay Hotel Orlando and is located less than five miles from Orlando's world-class theme parks

As part of the transition to the Holiday Inn Express® brand, the hotel has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation. The style was selected specifically to offer guests what they expect from the Holiday Inn Express® brand – fresh, sleek and distinctive accommodations for the smart travel experience.

Palm Holdings purchased the hotel in late 2015. It is part of the company's 750 rooms under ownership and management in Florida, with 12 properties around the world.
