Middleburg, FL (October 23, 2023) – Paradigm Development Partners, LLC was joined by Clay County officials and project partners on Tuesday, October 17 to celebrate the official groundbreaking of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg. The contemporary 124-room extended-stay hotel is coming soon to the Clay Town Center, a new mixed-use development at the southwest corner of Branan Field Road and Old Jennings Road boasting professional offices, restaurants and retail space.

Anticipated to open in early-2025, the hotel will feature 124 spacious guest rooms and suites with full kitchens situated across five floors, supporting the lodging needs of Clay County residents and out-of-town visitors.
In addition to comfortable and modern accommodations designed for longer stays, guests can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, an inviting outdoor pool and pool deck with ample space to connect and unwind, as well as thoughtful home-away-from-home amenities. The hotel will offer a complimentary daily hot breakfast and an in-house market stocked with ingredients and snacks available for purchase.
Owners Paradigm Development Partners, LLC are developing the hotel with HC Architecture serving as the architect and Kellogg & Kimsey serving as the project’s general contractor. The hotel’s interior design will be handled by IIG Design with McKibbon Hospitality charged with operating the hotel and establishing the property’s leadership team upon opening.
