(KIRKLAND, WA; May 12, 2022) — Noble House Hotels & Resorts—the family-owned, boutique hotel brand—is pleased to welcome the Inn on Fifth to its portfolio of unique, experience-driven properties. The new owners of this landmark resort, leading real estate investment trust Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB), have chosen Noble House to manage the property, bringing the total number of luxury hotels, resorts, and experiences within the Noble House brand portfolio to 25 across North America.
Situated in the center of charming Old Naples, a world-class destination and one of the country’s most exclusive and wealthy communities, the Inn on Fifth features 119 guestrooms across two buildings (the Main and Club Level buildings), including 43 spacious suites. The AAA Four-Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel property’s appealing downtown location provides guests easy access to a renowned collection of upscale boutiques, spas and salons, one-of-a-kind art galleries, and a flavorful and enticing selection of sidewalk cafes and fine dining restaurants. Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House and Ocean Prime, two crown jewels of Naples’ fine dining scene, as well as the Spa on Fifth, are all located at the Inn.
The Club Level building features 32 elegantly appointed suites, a private rooftop with a jacuzzi, and an exclusive private lounge serving breakfast, cocktails, beverages, snacks, and hors d’oeuvres. The Main Building features the remaining 87 guest rooms and suites, as well as over 10,000 square feet of recently transformed and enhanced indoor and outdoor flexible meeting space, a 3,600 square foot outdoor pool deck providing food and beverage service, a day spa, and a fitness center. In addition, all guests of the Inn on Fifth have access to 12 tennis courts at the adjacent Cambier Park Arthur Allen Tennis Center.
“The Inn on Fifth is an elegant property and a welcome addition to Noble House’s collection of outstanding hotels and resorts,” said Jake Donoghue, CEO of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. “Our properties are known for providing discerning travelers with exceptional service and creature comforts, alongside local experiences that immerse guests in the destination, and the Inn on Fifth exemplifies those qualities. Its well-appointed rooms, outstanding resort amenities, and fantastic on-site dining align perfectly with its premier setting that grants easy access to beaches, shopping, eco-tourism activities, and cultural and arts attractions. All this makes the Inn on Fifth a perfect complement to our five other properties in Florida, from fellow Naples hotel LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, to South Florida resorts Pelican Grand Beach Resort, Solé Miami, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, and Ocean Key Resort & Spa.”
“Noble House’s expertise and track record in managing and marketing luxury hotels will create tremendous value and operating synergies for the Inn on Fifth,” stated Jon Bortz, chairman/president/CEO of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. “We are pleased that our partnership has been steadily growing, with Noble House now managing eight of Pebblebrook’s properties, including our LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort; our redeveloped San Diego Mission Bay Resort; our recently enhanced L’Auberge Del Mar in Southern California; and, our recently acquired properties Jekyll Island Club Resort in Georgia, and California’s Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa.”
As part of the acquisition by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, the Inn on Fifth will be joining Curator Hotels & Resorts Collection, a distinct collection of hand-selected small brands and independent lifestyle hotels and resorts worldwide, founded by Pebblebrook and six industry-leading hotel operators. Curator’s first-of-its-kind owner-centric hospitality platform offers a competitive alternative for independent lifestyle hotels looking to amplify their performance, providing them with best-in-class operating agreements, services, sales and marketing, while allowing them to retain their identity and what makes them unique.
