Local Frederick Hotel Management Company Adds the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Their Growing Portfolio
Frederick, MD (June 12, 2024) – Plamondon Hospitality Partners, headquartered in Frederick, Maryland, is excited to announce their purchase of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johnstown in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites marks the beginning of Plamondon’s transition into the region’s market.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johnstown location has 93 rooms, a meeting space with modern amenities, a high-tech business center, an expansive fitness center, and an outdoor pool. During the ownership transition, Plamondon will be renovating the guestrooms and public spaces to further elevate guests’ experiences. The hotel will also remain affiliated with the Holiday Inn Express brand by IHG Hotels & Resorts.
