Elizabeth Diaz and Alyssa Logan bring extensive hospitality experience to new Florida Keys hotel
KEY LARGO, FL – July 7, 2015 – Playa Largo Resort & Spa, the newest addition to Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, is proud to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Diaz as director of catering and Alyssa Logan as senior sales manager for the resort, set to open in December 2015.
In her new role, Diaz willoversee the operation and management of Playa Largo’s catering department, working closely with clientele to ensure flawless event execution. A Miami native, Diaz brings more than 15 years of luxury hospitality experience to the Playa Largo team, previously holding catering sales manager positions at the LXR in Boca Raton and at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando. Most recently Diaz served as the associate director of sales for Sofitel Miami.
As senior sales manager handling the incentive market, Logan will work to establish relationships and develop Playa Largo’s corporate client base for potential future business. Bringing more than 19 years experience, Logan most recently served as a corporate, meeting & incentive group sales executive for Celebrity Cruises. She also comes to Playa Largo Resort with group sales and management experience from Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Renaissance Cruises.
