(formerly RAR Hospitality), is pleased to announce the appointment of Niveesha Hill who joined the San Diego-based hotel management and consulting firm as the Dual Property General Manager of Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego-Del Mar and Hilton Garden Inn San Diego-Del Mar. Hill’s proven leadership experience, effective, efficient management in all areas of hotel operations, and extensive industry knowledge will deliver hospitality excellence and exceptional guest services.

In her new role as Dual Property General Manager for Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego-Del Mar and Hilton Garden Inn San Diego-Del Mar, Niveesha Hill will be essential in overseeing all hotel operations including guest experience, sales and marketing, food and beverage, and team development for two branded properties in the R.A. Rauch & Associates, Inc. portfolio. Over her distinguished career, Hill has held a number of leadership positions within a 15-year tenure in travel and hospitality for independent and branded hotels such as Hyatt, Wyndham, Hilton, and Marriott in Illinois and Southern California. Hill most recently led as a General Manager for an independent property, Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel, in the Carlsbad Beach area of San Diego and the Hyatt Place in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois.
An active member of the community, Hill is a recipient of a 40 Under 40 award from the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a master’s degree from Benedictine University Lisle.
