At Radisson Salt Lake City Downtown, Eckhardt will lead a team of eight sales and convention services professionals, focusing on synergy, teamwork, and aligning with the hotel’s strategic goals. She is particularly excited about the hotel’s recent multi-million dollar renovation, which has enhanced its guest rooms, public areas and meeting spaces.

Eckhardt’s career in the hospitality industry began in college, where she started as a front desk agent at Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront before working her way up the ranks of hotel operations. Most recently, Eckhardt served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Marriott City Center and was the Regional Director of Operations and Sales at Assurance Hospitality, where she oversaw eight hotels in Northern Utah and Las Vegas, with a combined budget of $18 million.

After moving to Salt Lake City at age nine, Eckhardt spent years in various positions across Utah, Oregon, and Arizona before returning in 2006, driven by her love for the community and desire to raise her family in the area.
