Dallas, TX — January 27, 2022 — Remington Hotels, a dynamic and growing hotel management company, today announced Benjamin Howell as Divisional Vice President of Operations. In this role, Howell will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 12 – 15 full and select service properties in the Midwest Region.
Howell, who has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, joins Remington Hotels from various multi-unit roles with Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, Aimbridge Hospitality, and Widewaters Hotels. He spent the first ten years of his career with Remington Hotels, rising from manager to general manager.
“Ben’s past tenure with Remington combined with his multi-unit and third party experience will continue to help grow Remington,” said Lee Palaschak, Senior Vice President of Operations at Remington. “He will make a great addition to the Remington team and we’re looking forward to welcoming him back!”
Howell has hospitality in his blood. As a child, his grandfather owned a small Travelodge in southern Pennsylvania and has other family members in the business as well. His deep, well-rounded knowledge of hotel brands and property types set him up to continue the legacy and excel in his new role.
