With a career spanning more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, specifically focusing on the Caribbean market, Ms. Ryan is poised to lead the historic Jamaica property through its upcoming transition and rebrand.
Ms. Ryan joins the Round Hill team at a pivotal time in the iconic property’s history as they prepare for a total rebrand. Backed by her extensive experience, Ms. Ryan will continue building and expanding sales and marketing for the resort. Ms. Ryan will assume a crucial role in continuing the legacy of Round Hill as the property takes an essential step into the future.
As Director of Sales & Marketing, Ms. Ryan will help develop and execute fresh and exciting sales strategies and expand the resort’s marketing initiatives. She will also assist in developing revenue-driven programming, helping enhance guests’ stay on property while encouraging them to create deeper connections with the island of Jamaica.

Ms. Ryan has served as Director of Sales & Marketing at several top-tier Caribbean resorts, including Parrot Cay, Sailrock, and Beach Enclave in Turks & Caicos and The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica, where she oversaw all sales and marketing efforts.
