Boulder, Colo. (Nov. 29, 2017) – The Embassy Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Boulder – two modern new hotels conveniently located in the heart of Boulder – are now open.
The Hiltons on Canyon feature two five-story buildings offering a combined 376 guest rooms – many with stunning mountain views – along with 8,435 total square feet of meeting and event space, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, shared courtyards and a rooftop heated saline-based pool.
The pet-friendly hotels are proximate to the University of Colorado Campus and close to the Pearl Street Mall and 29th Street Shopping District, as well as Boulder’s numerous local trails for biking and hiking.
The Embassy Suites Boulder offers 204 all-suite guest rooms, each with a living room and a dedicated work space, refrigerator and pull-out couch, along with a separate bedroom. The hotel is home to Brickstones Kitchen & Bar, which serves lunch and dinner daily. The hotel also serves complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast daily and an Evening Reception with snacks, wine & beer.
The Hilton Garden Inn Boulder features 172 spacious guest rooms, including five Junior Suites, all with a refrigerator, safe and Keurig coffee maker. The hotel is home to The Garden Grille, which showcases healthy and nutritious food during the week for dinner along with a decadent take on brunch, anchored by a unique take on fried chicken and waffles.
The Embassy Suites Boulder features the largest private ballroom in Boulder – the Pearl Street Ballroom at 6,510 square feet, which is able to accommodate groups of up to 650 people. Both properties feature multiple conference rooms with breakout options and ample pre-function space and outdoor event spaces, along with in-house catering and on-site AV support.
Located at the corner of 28th Street & Canyon Blvd., the project was developed by Denver-based Sage Hospitality, one of the nation’s top hotel investment and management companies, and NAI Shames Makovsky, who has been shaping the metro Denver commercial real estate landscape for over 45 years by offering brokerage, development, property management and lending services.
