May 12, 2016 (Sedona, Ariz.) – Orchards Inn, located in Uptown Sedona with spacious guestrooms and some of Sedona’s best Red Rock views, today announced the completion of its 70 guestrooms after a 10-month renovation. The picturesque, family-friendly property is located just uphill from sister property, L’Auberge de Sedona, and is steps from Sedona’s many local shops, galleries and restaurants.
Orchards Inn owners, IMH Financial Corporation, were inspired by the property’s scenic location when planning the renovation. After undergoing an extensive interior design transformation, the property’s 70 guestrooms now feature new furniture and fixtures. Each room includes thoughtful details and colors reflective of the beautiful environment, including rusty shades of red, warm browns and vibrant turquoise to represent the nearby mountains, creek beds and running water.
“The renovated guest rooms are infused with subtle hints of the Southwest, allowing guests to experience the unique visual and cultural surroundings of Sedona, even when they are in the comfort of their guestroom,” said Gary Bates, general manager of Orchards Inn. “While it’s tempting for guests to stay in their room and take in the stunning Red Rock views, we’ve also created new programming that encourages visitors to explore the many activities this destination has to offer.”
The property also recently introduced a new Sonoran-style Mexican restaurant, 89Agave Cantina, which is just steps from Orchards Inn. Guests can easily enjoy authentic flavors of Mexico, delicious cuisine and 100% blue agave Tequila specialty cocktails in a colorful and lively environment. The new restaurant also boasts a vibrant bar area where guests can dine casually or enjoy drinks with friends, complete with a custom mural created by local artist, Charles Decker. The quieter dining room is perfect for an authentic family meal, and the three outdoor patios, ideal for taking in the Sedona vibe. Along with the recent renovation and opening of the cantina, guests of Orchards Inn can enjoy daily complimentary healthy start breakfast at 89Agave from 6-9 a.m.
