EVERETT, MA (MARCH 25, 2019) – Encore Boston Harbor – a highly anticipated, Five-Star gaming destination – is expected to open this summer with 15 dining and lounge venues. Warren Richards fulfills the role of Executive Director of Food and Beverage for the $2.6 billionresort, where he oversees the restaurants, bars and lounges, as well as food and beverage operations for banquets and special events.
Encore Boston Harbor will feature award-winning food and beverage experiences from Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, such as the Forbes Travel Guide Awarded Italian restaurant Sinatra and world-famous Wynn Buffet, in addition to several new, innovative concepts. The resort is also working with several local industry leaders to bring Massachusetts flavor to its dining scene: North End legends Frank DePasquale and Nick Varano are partnering for the first time to introduce Fratelli, an Italian concept, and Big Night Entertainment Group is developing Mystique, an Asian-inspired restaurant and lounge, and Memoire, a luxurious VIP nightclub.

Before moving to Boston, Mr. Richards spent four years at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, predominantly as the Director of Fine Dining. During his tenure, Wynn and Encore earned Forbes Awards for seven of its fine dining restaurants, including the highly coveted Forbes Five-Star Award for Wing Lei, making it the only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Chinese restaurant in North America. Mr. Richards was also the General Manager of Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare at Wynn Las Vegas, a James Beard Award-winning venue.
Mr. Richards is a Certified Sommelier holding a Level II Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
