STATE COLLEGE, PA, MAY 21, 2015 – Shaner Hotel Group, one of the hospitality industry’s leading owner-operators of full- and select-service hotels, today announced that it will convert its existing Crowne Plaza Hotel in Paramus, New Jersey to a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott International to better serve business and leisure travelers seeking a productive work environment, a host of complimentary amenities and thoughtfully designed rooms and suites.
Located on the Garden State Parkway adjacent the Paramus Park Mall, the Fairfield Inn & Suites provides easy access to Route 17 and the local business district. The multi-million dollar brand conversion is expected to be completed by February of 2016.
The new, 109-room Fairfield Inn & Suites will feature a number of new design features including an updated exterior; an inviting and spacious lobby and lobby lounge area with a vibrant, natural color palette and natural stone hearth; a breakfast lounge with buffet serving area; and complimentary Wi-Fi with ample connectivity options including a “connect and print” area with both seated and standing Internet stations.
In addition, the new property is attached to the award-winning and popular Bonefish Grill restaurant.
