Hong Kong, December 15, 2015 – Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited and NeoGlory Holdings Group Company Limited today signed an agreement in relation to the management of Shangri-La Hotel, Yiwu. Scheduled to open at the end of 2016, the hotel will form part of the upscale and newly built Yiwu World Trade Centre that comprises 480,000 square meters (over 5.1 million square feet) of luxury living and expansive commercial and retail space in the heart of the city's central business district.
Flanked by the scenic Yiwu River and Futian Park, Shangri-La Hotel, Yiwu will present a combined inventory of approximately 516 guestrooms and serviced apartments with panoramic views of the skyline and premier dining, leisure and conference facilities. Just one and a half hours by high speed train from Shanghai, Yiwu in Zhejiang Province is known as a vibrant commodities trade center and for its tourist sites.
