Think Simplicity Adds New Functionality to Provide Hoteliers with the Ability to Post
Important Information for Staff Quickly and Easily
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., March 23, 2022 — Think Simplicity, a cloud communication technology provider of all-inclusive voice and chat solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today the launch of SimplyAnnounce™, an electronic bulletin board application. The new capability has been added to Think Simplicity’s hosted Communications Web Portal (CWP) at no extra charge to clients and is designed to replace traditional employee communication methods.
Internal hotel communication is fractured by team or department and often by the manager or leader on duty. As communication technology continues to evolve, old phone systems are quickly becoming outdated. Converting traditional phone systems into a cloud-based, mobile communication platform provides hoteliers with ongoing updates and added features seamlessly and easily.
• Replaces physical notice boards – SimplyAnnounce provides hoteliers with the ability to post important staff notices digitally, thus alleviating the need for employee bulletin or notice boards that often go out of date or are ignored.
• Integrated Communications Web Portal – As phone systems continue to advance, mobile communication and cloud-based platforms alleviate the need for traditional, physical forms of communication. Think Simplicity’s CWP is easily accessible from any computer via staff member login credentials.
• Provides real-time access and management of staff communication – Each communication post can be easily customized and categorized according to the individual hotel’s specific needs at the property level. The ability to post, delete, and transfer ownership of the information is secured by user/role permissions.
Alexander J. Perovich, co-founder, Think Simplicity said: “We know that no two businesses operate the same and we are constantly evolving our software to enhance and improve onsite communications beyond the traditional PBX system. In addition to streamlining internal messaging, our support team gains the ability to relay information such as new services, service notifications and/or product updates per client or to all clients. It’s the small, underrated features that smooth out the everyday frustrations.”
Joseph De Ciantis, co-founder of Think Simplicity said: “Converting traditional phone systems into cloud-based mobile communications is quickly becoming the norm, as older systems become more outdated with every passing day. We have taken the guesswork out of the entire process through the development of a communications platform that is easy-to-use, manage and implement. SimplyAnnounce is a testament to our ability to provide real-time communication at the touch of a button.”
