Hotel Group takes its Meritage Collection Mobile with StayNTouch’s Cloud-Based PMS Solutions
Bethesda, Maryland, (September 13, 2016)—StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, announced the deployment of its Rover PMS Overlay, Rover Housekeeping and Zest solutions at five Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG) properties in the Meritage Collection.
Installation of the PMS mobility solution is underway at five of its luxury properties, including The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa Valley, Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, and Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort in Poipu Beach, Kauai.
“Our decision to partner with StayNTouch was a part of our overall technology roadmap that includes a strong emphasis on mobility and innovation to enhance the guest experience,” said Ken Wright, corporate IT director at PHG. “StayNTouch’s domain expertise combined with our current PMS allows for a desirable partnership.”
“Our Meritage Collection guests value an optimized and personalized stay experience,” continued Wright. “With this platform, guests can receive their room key on demand from anywhere in the hotel, and receive upsell promotions and make special requests before and during their stay. We already see an increase in guest revenue using this mobile system.”
StayNTouch offers hotels the opportunity to integrate multiple cloud-solutions on one platform:
- Rover PMS Overlay: Mobilizes existing hotel PMS front desk and housekeeping operations through mobile/tablet, via a touch/graphic user experience. Drives revenue and reduces guest wait times. Includes check-in, check-out, visual upgrades, upsells, signature and remote key encoding.
- Zest™: Enables guest pre-engagement and guest services via mobile web. Guest-enabled mobile check-in & out via smart phone or desktop. Private labeled, PMS-integrated mobile check-in &/or checkout. Bill review, preference collection, upsell opportunities, and remote key fulfillment. Promote and monetize late checkouts.
“We are excited about our partnership with PHG,” said Jos Schaap, CEO-Founder of StayNTouch, “Service models are changing at all levels of hotels due to guests’ technological expectations. PHG demonstrates how an integrated, mobile PMS is the catalyst for a consistent personalized and luxurious experience. We appreciate the group’s confidence in our solutions and look forward to a progressive and profitable future together.”
Since its inception in 2013, StayNTouch has signed more than 120 high-profile properties and is currently deployed in select cities in the U.S and Europe. The company sees continued growth in these regions, and a near-term expansion in Asia.
