The Forti-Fi 802.11ac access points offer the fastest speeds currently available for Wi-Fi networks. The new STB-4000 from SmarTV is the first device to include the Forti-Fi technology and will offer secure in-room wireless networks and business rule intelligence operations that will support multi-tier internet access service levels based on intended use and bandwidth consumption. For example, OTT streaming requires a higher level of internet access bandwidth, which may be offered to guests for an additional charge.
