Steven Khuon has been appointed the new hotel manager for Laguna Beach House, a 36-room surf lodge with a true laid-back California vibe that debuted April 2015.
Prior to his new role, Steven came from the Westin Long Beach where he was the front office manager and oversaw a staff of 35, ensuring smooth operations of the front of house, and creating memorable, enjoyable visits for guests. Before this, Steven was front office manager at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, and even earlier the US Grant Hotel, also in San Diego. Steven has built a strong understanding of hotel operations with a focus on the Rooms division and excellence in customer service. He has successfully reinvented sustainability programs at multiple hotels and spearheaded an upgrade incentive program that added $100,000 in bottom line revenue at the US Grant.
