DENVER, CO, May 22, 2024 —Stonebridge Companies, LLC (“Stonebridge”), a Denver-based innovative, privately-owned hotel management company boasting a diverse range of full-service, select-service, and extended-stay properties, announced today it has acquired Real Hospitality Group, LLC (“RHG),” a leading hotel management company based in Ocean City, Maryland.
Real Hospitality Group Founder and CEO Ben Seidel will join the Stonebridge team as Principal and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He will contribute his deep experience to help grow and scale the combined company’s presence throughout the country.

The transaction gives Stonebridge a diverse national portfolio, which will now comprise more than 160 properties, encompassing 24,000 rooms across 20 states. The combined company will be headquartered in Denver, Colorado, while maintaining a significant East Coast presence. Terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
