Built in 1946 as Kirazlıyayla Sanatorium by H. Emin Onat, the architect of Anıtkabir, and Prof. Dr. Leman C. Tomsu, one of Turkey’s first female architects, the hotel complex stands out through its rooted history. Swissôtel Uludağ Bursa was established after the restoration of “Kirazlıyayla Sanatorium” capturing the rich heritage in line with the national architectural movement becoming one of Bursa’s most treasured buildings. The structural references reflecting its era and its connection with the unique nature of Uludağ, invite guests to escape the city life to recharge themselves.
