Having most recently served as an inspector with the Florida Division of Hotel and Restaurants, Chef Russo is an accomplished American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef with more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Chef Russo’s prior experience in Florida spans from the Pier House Resort & Caribbean Spa in Key West, and as far north as PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens.
