MEMPHIS, Tenn., June 22, 2022—The Central Station, a Curio Collection by Hilton™ hotel managed by Valor Hospitality Partners, announced today the appointment of Troy Dixon as general manager. The leadership appointment will bring a seasoned perspective to the 123-room boutique hotel located in Memphis’ iconic South Main district, which transformed the 105-year-old renowned transportation hub into a luxury eight-story, music and design-driven hotel.

As general manager, Dixon will lead day-to-day hotel operations, guest relations and team development for Central Station. A seasoned hospitality executive, Dixon brings more than a decade of leadership experience to the team. Prior to joining Central Station, Dixon served as director of operations for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, including leading departments at the Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis.
Previously located in Portland, Oregon, Dixon served as director of operations for Hilton Hotels and Resorts properties throughout the city. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University.
