West Hollywood, CA (November 1, 2018) – The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Ahoni as Director of Catering of the iconic Los Angeles hotel in the heart of West Hollywood. Stephanie Ahoni joins The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills as a seasoned hospitality professional with nearly 20 years in the industry, and across several brands. As Director of Catering, Ahoni brings proven results and strong leadership to her new role.
Ahoni began her career in events and catering with roles at Hyatt Regency Chicago, Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, and Westin Indianapolis. Pivoting into corporate meeting planning for pharmaceutical companies, she spent seven years working on international projects for Universal WorldEvents, Abbott/Abbvie, and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. Transitioning back into hospitality with Marriott International/ Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Ahoni held Director of Catering positions with Beverly Hills’ SLS Hotel, Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter and W Atlanta Downtown, consistently growing the catering business at each property.

During her career, Ahoni has received several honors including Manager of the Quarter at SLS Hotel, Beverly Hills and the Rising Star Award at Hyatt Regency Chicago. Ahoni graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce. Outside of the hotel, Ahoni enjoys traveling, and has been to more than 50 countries.
