MIAMI, FL – October 24, 2023 – The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Power as the new General Manager. Power brings two decades of hospitality experience to his new role.
Prior to joining The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Power served as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, where he led the hotel in exceeding top line and GOP to budget in 2022, as well as saw the property achieve #1 hotel rankings in San Francisco within several coveted travel publications. His extensive background in hospitality has also seen him serve in numerous other hotel management positions within the Marriott International family of brands, including at W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills and SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills Hotel. Additionally, Power brings years of experience serving as Director of Food and Beverage across several luxury hotel and resort properties, including the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel; The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba; and The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas.
As he steps into his new role with The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Power looks forward to spearheading strategies to achieve the property’s 2024 sales and revenue goals, while overseeing the resort’s renowned operations across the board. Carrying forward the resort’s reputation as serving as Miami’s Best Address, Power will play an integral role in shepherding the standards of service and hospitality excellence synonymous with the St. Regis brand.

Power holds several Masters Certificates from Cornell University in Revenue Management, Asset Management and Digital Marketing. He also graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Environmental studies.
